Dennis has now helped my family two times within the past 5 or so years (in two different housing locations) with mold assessment, identification, and post-remediation testing. Dennis was great to work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. He put together a detailed remediation plan quickly and even helped connect me with a remediation company for the next steps. He made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Dennis is a consummate professional.  He thoroughly explained everything about his process, the law, and the science, and quickly addressed all our concerns.  We'd been told earlier that our house could need $50,000 of repairs due to mold, but thanks to Dennis we learned we were being conned.  Highly recommend this guy and his company! I just got off the phone with Dennis from
Tri State Mold Molutions. I called with some questions about a leak or possible condensation in my RV.  We had a great conversation and he helped me with what I should do next. And it doesn't include him coming here for testing or servicing my RV. He gave me about 45 minutes of his time. He said I can call him anytime with questions. Dennis helped me twice! The first time, he sent me all of his credentials by email before he arrived, tested the area, and the results came the next day. The second time, he helped guide me through an issue I had with a landlord regarding mold in my apartment, & did not charge me for his time.
